Does it Cost Anything to Create a Members Account?

There is no cost to users to create a SpaceApp.Org account.

How does SpaceApp work?

Once a member creates an account, they can utilize the same username and password to access any of the services listed under the available services tab.

  • How many Software & Data License Types are there?
    Here you find the most usual license types: Free: You can use the program free of charge and there are no time restrictions. Trial version: You have an option to test the software for free for a limited amount of time after which you will have to purchase it if you want to use it. Full version: you will have to buy the item in order to download and use it.
  • Images aren't Displaying in my Web Browser.
    You may be experiencing any of these issues: Images do not display in your web browser when you are online Images appear slowly in your web browser when you are online Images appear on some pages in your web browser, but not others Changing your browser's settings may resolve the issue. Follow these steps: In the browser, navigate to Menu > More > Settings. In Settings, make sure both Load images and Enable JavaScript are checked. Scroll down and check these options: Clear cache Clear history Clear cookie data If the option is available, tap Set cache size, and increase the cache size. Check that you have stable a data or Wi-Fi connection. Test loading images on two other web pages and test the web page on another mobile device if possible. If images work on either of the other web pages, the problem is most likely with the web page and not the device. If the images do not load on other mobile devices, it is an issue with the web page and not the device. Clearing your browser's application cache may also resolve the issue. Follow these steps: Navigate to Settings > Apps and select the browser app. Tap Storage. Tap Clear cache.
  • I’ve forgotten my SpaceApp Password, how do I Reset it?
    Resetting Your Password If you are having trouble logging in and need to recover your password, complete the following steps: STEP 1: Enter your SpaceApp.Org primary email address. Click Continue. STEP 2: Click Forgot Password. STEP 3: Check your email for a message with the subject of SpaceApp.Org Password Reset. Copy or write down the verification code. STEP 4: Under Verification Code, paste or type the code. Click Continue. STEP 5: To reset your password, enter a new password then enter again to confirm. Click Reset Password to complete the process.
  • I can’t access the Email Account that I used when I Signed up for SpaceApp, what I should do?
    If you no longer have access to the email account that you used at account creation, you can still login with your username (email address) and password. Once logged in, you can change your primary email address from the SpaceApp.Org account settings. It is recommended during account creation that a user add a secondary email address that can be used to recover an account. If you do not know your password and cannot access either email account, you will need to create a new SpaceApp.Org account.
  • How can I Confirm my SpaceApp account if I do not receive the Confirmation Email?
    Currently, the only way to confirm your account is through the verification code in the confirmation email. If you have not received the confirmation email, first, check your spam folder. If there is not a message there, verify that you have entered in the correct email address in SpaceApp.Org. If you are still having trouble, please try to sign up for SpaceApp.Org again.
  • Why is SpaceApp system not Accepting my Password?
    Make sure that your password meets all the requirements. Passwords must be at minimum 8 characters long, and contain each of the following: Lowercase character Uppercase character Digit (0-9) One or more of the following symbols: ! @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / ` ~ " ( ) ; .
